Mango Black Bean Salad

This simple Black Bean Mango Salad is the perfect go-to dish for tailgate parties and casual entertaining. Can be served on tacos, eaten as salsa or main dish. 

Ingredients

 1 can of creole crème style black beans (or pre-cooked premium select dried black beans)
 2 cups diced mango
 1 cup diced sweet red pepper
 6 green onions
 ¼ cup chopped cilantro leaves
 ¼ cup fresh lime juice
 1 tbsp olive oil
 1 seeded jalapeno pepper, minced
 Salt to taste

Directions

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
