- Step 1 – In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients.

- 1 can of creole crème style black beans (or pre-cooked premium select dried black beans)
- 2 cups of diced mango
- 1 cup od diced sweet red pepper
- 6 green onions
- ¼ cup of cilantro leaves (chopped)
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 seeded jalapeno pepper, minced
- Salt to taste
