  • Cajun Shrimp Alfredeaux
  • When you’re craving comfort food with a Cajun twist, this pasta delivers. Blue Runner Cream of Shrimp Soup gives the Alfredo sauce incredible depth and creaminess, while perfectly seasoned shrimp make every bite taste like it came straight from your favorite neighborhood seafood spot. .

    Cook pasta according to directions on the package.

    Drain and set aside.

    While the pasta is cooking, melt butter in large skillet over medium heat.

    Sauté garlic until fragrant, about 2-4 minutes, stirring to not burn the garlic.

    Add in Blue Runner Cream of Shrimp soup and heavy cream. Stir well to incorporate.

    Add 1 teaspoon of Cajun seasoning and ½ cup of parmesan cheese. Stir well to combine and heat until cheese is melted into sauce.

    In separate bowl, toss shrimp with additional 1 teaspoon of Cajun Seasoning.

    Add the seasoned shrimp to the alfredo sauce mixture. Continue to cook, stirring often, over medium heat until the shrimp are completely cooked.

    Stir in lemon juice and fresh parsley.

    Add cooked pasta and stir well to combine.

    Garnish with additional ½ cup of parmesan cheese.

    NOTES: Feel free to use your favorite pasta in place of fettuccine. You can also substitute other seafood such as crawfish or crab meat instead of or in addition to the shrimp.
