To
enter the sweepstakes, access www.bluerunnerfoods.com and complete
the official online entry form (name, address, daytime phone
number, email address and date of birth) and click submit. Prize
drawings are held monthly for Blue Runner merchandise and annually
on April 30th for fishing trips. Odds of winning are based on
the total number of entries received. Blue Runner at its sole
discretion may award additional fishing trip prizes to contestants
prior to, and in addition to, the annual drawing. |

Limit
one entry per person each month regardless of method of entry.
No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged,
illegible, incomplete, misrouted or postage-due entries/mail,
which will be disqualified, or for printing errors in the entry
form or rules. All entries become the property of the Sponsor
and will not be returned. Any attempt to enter by any other
method is void. |

Sweepstakes
is open to legal residents residing within the United States
of America who are at least 18 years of age or older at time
of entry. Winners are subject to investigation and may be required
to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a release. Entry into
sweepstakes constitutes permission to use the name and likeness
of prize winner for advertising/publicity purposes without additional
compensation. |

The
prizes are as follows. One (1) Offshore Fishing Prize:
An offshore fishing trip for two (2) guests with Team Blue Runner.
Trip includes a full day on Team Blue Runner’s 35’
Triton. One (1) Inshore Fishing Prize: An inshore
fishing trip for two (2) guests with Team Blue Runner. Trip
includes a full day on Team Blue Runner’s 24’ Triton.
Prizes do not include lodging, meals, gratuities, taxes, transportation,
airfare or incidental expenses. Trips must be completed within
one (1) year of notification of prize. After such time has expired,
prize is voided and obligation deemed fulfilled. In the event
the fishing trip is postponed, delayed or cancelled for any
reason outside the control of the Sponsor, Sponsor shall have
no further obligation. Monthly Prizes: Minimum
of 5 Prizes will be awarded each month. Each winner will receive
Team Blue Runner Merchandise. (Fishing shirt, hats, bean gift
packs, etc) Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with
similar prize of equal or greater value due to prize unavailability.
No prize substitutions or cash redemptions except as provided
herein. Federal, state and local taxes on prize are the sole
responsibility of the winner. |

Blue
Runner Foods will be the final judge of winners and its decisions
are final. Winners will be notified in writing, either via postal
service or the email address provided on entry ballot. If no
response is obtained after three (3) written attempts, winner
forfeits prizes and obligation deemed fulfilled. Winners agree
that Blue Runner Foods, its agencies and affiliates shall have
no liability in connection with acceptance or use of the prizes
awarded herein. Sweepstakes is not open to employees and their
immediate families (parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents,
stepparents, stepchildren and stepsiblings) of Blue Runner Foods,
its agencies and affiliates.
